Before Ricardo Auguste created a collection for Her Game 2, Stamford, CT, he created a plan. Working as an intern via On-the-Job Training, a program funded by Connecticut's Bureau of Rehabilitation Services. Today, Ricardo is living his dream as a fashion designer, while living with paraplegia.

Connect-Ability works to remove barriers that make it hard for job seekers with disabilities to find and keep jobs. Our role is to offer information, tools and technical assistance to job seekers and employers rather than provide direct job placement services.
